Apple Cider Vinegar

My Mom  other day told me to use apple cider vinegar for nasal congestion and mucus relief. I have been using the various OTC expectorant cough syrups and mucus relief meds to no relief and was in considerable discomfort. I was going through a big bottle of cough syrup every coupla days and a 60 ct. container of the popular mucus relief tablets a week and was still all stuffed up and had difficulty coughing up the nastiness living in my chest. Well good ol' Mom to the rescue with her apple cider vinegar. I take a medium swig of the vinegar, wash it down with a good swig of cough syrup and top that off with 2 mucus tabs and a large gulp of water. This does take some fortitude because the vinegar is bitter as gall and cough syrup never taste good but by the time you wash the tab down everything is okay. You'll be good for 4 to 6 hrs.with this treatment and it seems to not only offer temporary relief but is also clearing all this mess up for good. Even though the vinegar is to be dreaded try this regimen if you have this problem and I think you'll find it very beneficial.
